I’m living proof to the faithfulness of God! My Great Grandfather times 12, Richard Singletary came to
the Massachusetts Bay Colony in 1637 On Mission For JESUS! He was a Selectman and a Proprietor for
two Towns, including Averill. He was a Community Developer and I am that as well. I’m passionate about
Revival and Real Estate too!
I have 25 years experience in Real Estate including Vice President for two Big Banks on the Commercial
Real Estate Lending Side. But I got cut in 2008 when the market crashed and went back and got a
Masters of Divinity and came to the inner city to help a friend start a church and still live here. We did
Revival Services inside our Capitol three years in a row and I am still a Volunteer Chaplain to a few of our
Political Leaders.
